Suspicious Person Trying To Break Into Cars: Falls Church Crime
Here's a roundup of the latest crimes reported around Falls Church.

Falls Church Police are investigating a number of incidents within the last week, from a burglar terrorizing a sleeping resident to attempted car break-ins.
Below is a list of notable police incidents between July 23 and 29. It is not a complete list of all criminal activity and is subject to change. An arrest does not always mean the suspect is taken into custody or is automatically guilty of a crime.
Residential Burglary, 200 blk W George Mason Rd, July 24, 5 AM, resident heard a noise
and saw unknown male Hispanic suspect leaving the residence. Items of value were taken.
Investigation continues.

Hit and Run, 1230 W Broad St (Giant), July 25, between 3:45 and 3:55 PM, a vehicle was
struck by another vehicle which left the scene.
Larceny from Vehicle, 100 blk Falls Ave, between 4:45 PM July 25 and 7 AM July 26, license
plates were removed from a vehicle.

Tampering with Auto, 100 blk Rolling Trace, July 28, 1:25 AM, unknown suspect observed
pulling on car doors. Suspect described as a light skinned male, wearing a light colored
baseball hat, light colored short sleeve shirt, and dark pants, thin body build, and dark colored
hair
Attempted Burglary, 500 blk S Spring St, July 28, 10:40 PM, unknown suspect attempted to
enter a building used for storage, but fled without gaining entry when police arrived. Suspect
described as a light skinned black male, thin build, wearing a tan jacket and blue jeans.
