Two Suspects Rob Boy on Bicycle in Culmore Area: Police

Juvenile was riding his bike through a shopping center Sunday afternoon.

Fairfax County Police say that a boy on a bicycle was robbed Sunday afternoon.

The incident took place in the 6000 block of Leesburg Pike Sunday around 2:03, p.m. Sunday, police said.

Police say the juvenile was riding his bike through a shopping center when he was approached by two adult males, police said. The two suspects demanded money and removed a backpack from the victim and took $450 cash and a cell phone, according to police.

The suspects fled the area on foot, the police said.

Police said the suspects were described as being between 22-24 years of age, between 5’6” and 5’9” and both wearing a black shirt or jacket, dark pants and a fishing style hat.
