Joelle will begin by measuring your E-Factor through the much-coveted Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI). According to the creators of the Energy Leadership™ process, iPEC Coaching, the ELI is defined as “an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model… it measures your level of energy [E-Factor] based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.” This is what sets the ELI apart from other valuable personality assessments like the MBTI and DiSC, which tend to center around the understanding of one’s personality type or characteristic.

Joelle can also help you measure the E-Factor of your team by administering theELIassessment to each team member and aggregating the data for the whole team. This will allow you to get a lucid picture of where you are as a team on your trajectory to being highly effective, and what you can do to overcome any blocks on your path.

The ELI Assessment will introduce you to the 7 Levels of Energy Leadership, and how each level has a core thought, a core emotion, and a core result associated with it. You will learn how these 7 Levels of Leadership relate to you, and how you can shift your level of Energy Leadership consciously to produce different results in your life.
