FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A King George woman was charged Sunday after authorities said she was found with a container of CO2 in her lap and showed signs of impairment at a Sheetz in Fredericksburg.
A Stafford County deputy responded around 3:35 p.m. to investigate the report of drug activity at the Sheetz near 10 Washington Square Plaza, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said they received information that the woman had been tilting her head down, going unconscious for a few minutes and then abruptly opening her eyes.
When the deputy spoke with the woman, she showed signs of impairment, including lethargic speech and incoherent statements, the sheriff’s office said.
