Ciao! Want to learn to speak Italian?

Then check out these great programs being offered by Fredericksburg Parks and Rec.

  • Conversational Italian – Beginner

Come immerse yourself in one of the most romantic languages in the world. Conversational Italian is for teens and adults. It is a classroom environment where the instructor will familiarize the class with basic words and phrases in Italian. This course teaches the basic skills to those who do not know italian so they can converse with an Italian speaker. Classes are held Thursday mornings from 10 – 11 a.m. and starts March 31, so register now!

  • Adult Mixed Media Workshop by

There is a misconception that if you can't draw well, then you are not artistic.  This workshop allows students of all skill levels to better develop the relationship between their creative mind, eyes, and hands using a variety of media including collage, acrylic paint, ink and more. All materials included. Classes are held Thursdays starting April 7 at the PONSHOP located in downtown Fredericksburg.

Please remember you must pre-register for all classes. You can register in person at the Dorothy Hart Community Center located at 408 Canal St. or online at www.fredericksburgva.gov.
