Fredericksburg Gets Its First Graze Craze Charcuterie Store

Graze Craze®, leading creator of beautifully arranged graze-style boards and boxes for any occasion, has opened a new location in Central Park at 1507 Central Park Blvd. The 1,000-square-foot store is Fredericksburg’s first and is owned by Lenair Ballard and his wife, Sheila, a pair of Fredericksburg foodies who love entertaining and sharing their extensive culinary knowledge with others.

Graze Craze is a fast-growing franchise brand of stores where expert teams of Grazologists™ curate charcuterie using a variety of high-quality ingredients. The couple’s menu at Graze Craze Fredericksburg includes these signature favorites:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.
• The Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
• Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

“We are foodies, with a passion for food and wine and a personal interest in charcuterie,” added Sheila, who has worked in finance and government contracting for 28 years. “Charcuterie is a staple in our household, and with all the wineries and wedding and food venues in the area, this community has a lot to celebrate.”

Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome; each board is made fresh to order and is available for in-store pickup and local delivery.

The Ballards are frequent donors to the Fredericksburg Food Bank. They also support and attend Lifepoint Church in Fredericksburg.

Grand Opening Celebration
Graze Craze Fredericksburg will host an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, in partnership with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce on February 6th from 4:00pm-6:00pm. The public is invited to enjoy complimentary samples, giveaways, and a first look at the new space.
