Spirit Halloween Opens 33 Stores In VA: Here's Where

Spirit Halloween operates more than 1,500 stores nationwide, including 33 in Virginia. Here's where to find your next costume.

Spooky season is officially here, which means ghost tours, haunted trails, and, of course, figuring out what to dress up for come Halloween.

No stranger to the season and the need for costumes and decorations, nearly three dozen Spirit Halloween locations have opened across Virginia.

The Spirit brand operates more than 1,500 stores nationwide.

"Our fans count down the days until Jack the Reaper appears and our doors open," Spirit Halloween's CEO Steven Silverstein said in a statement.

"For many Halloween fans, visiting Spirit has become an annual tradition and the unofficial start of the season. This year, Spirit Halloween opened 33 locations in Virginia, most of which took over empty retail stores—spaces that once housed JoAnn Fabrics, Party City and other brands.
