North Stafford's football team stepped up to the plate last Friday night. On the road, the Wolverines used the legs of Senior Von Purvis, who rushed 40 times for 247 yards and scored all three touchdowns as North Stafford snapped Briar Woods 32 game winning streak. Another outstanding performance on Friday was turned in by Mountain View Senior Quinton Gray who hauled in seven passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns but he wasn't done. He also collected three interceptions for the Wildcats defense. The Courtland wing-t offense was in high gear as they totaled 540 yards of total offense in a dominating win over Stafford.
