Northern Virginia Weather: Hazardous Outlook Issued
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Northern Virginia.

But following such an unsettling and frustrating outlook, as the Washington Post's Capital Weather Gang points out: "Spring returns with a quick climb of temps from the morning 30s (on Wednesday) to an afternoon of highs in the mid-to-upper 60s."
