Old Dominion Humane Society Puppy Yoga Session Added at 5 p.m. on January 9

Due to the popularity of Puppy Yoga at ODHS on January 9, a second session was added. The 6:30 p.m. class filled up fast, and in order to accommodate everyone, a second class is now available beginning at 5 p.m.

Start with a 30-minute cuddle session with the pups at 5 p.m. Next, it’s a one-hour session of yoga from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Only 20 spots are available, so sign up on the ODHS website soon.)

All ages are welcome, so children can join the fun, too. The price per participant is $20. Space is limited and fill up fast, so preregister for the event at https://www.olddominionhumanesociety.org/puppy-yoga.
