As of 8 a.m. Friday, the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) outage chart reports:

• 2,666 Spotsylvania County customers without power
• 3,917 Orange County customers without power
• 4,203 Culpepper County customers without power

Dominion Virginia Power reports:

• 371 Spotsylvania County customers without power
• 1,019 Orange County customers without power
• 921 Culpepper County customers without power

Both companies report all their City of Fredericksburg and Stafford County customers have power.
