Triple Berry Blast Protein Smoothie 11g protein 247 calories
· 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice (can use water)
· 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
· 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
Combine in a blender until smooth.
Mango Peach Protein Smoothie 18g protein 240 calories
· 2 cups cut up fresh, ripe mango
· 1 medium to large ripe peach, pitted and cut up
· 2/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites, 100% liquid egg whites
· dash fresh grated nutmeg
Combine in blender until smooth.
