- "Toxic chemical containers are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items. Observed can of rubber 'flex seal' stored with food storage containers in rear storage area and spray bottle of '409' stored on shelving unit with food product in walk in cooler." (Corrected during inspection)
- "The food contact surface of the plastic liners covering cooked pizza dough in the walk in freezer is not safe."
