Shooting Investigation Nets Another Arrest In Stafford: Police
A man was arrested Tuesday for his role in a June 25 shooting in Stafford County that left a man hospitalized with multiple wounds: SCSO.
STAFFORD, VA—A man was arrested Tuesday for his role in a June 25 shooting at 303 Knollwood Court in Stafford County that left a man hospitalized with multiple wounds, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Ibin Orjea Hatcher, 27, of Stafford, was charged with aggravated malicious wounding, breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, attempted murder, shooting or stabbing in commission of a felony, weapon possession by a felon, discharging a firearm in an occupied building, use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony, conspiracy and threat to extort money.
Still at large is Core Stepon Byrd, 28, of Woodbridge. He's wanted for aggravated malicious wounding, attempted murder, shooting or stabbing in commission of a felony, use or display of a firearm in commission of a felony and discharge of a firearm in an occupied building.

Previously arrested, on July 11, was Karsten Jermaine Lee, 24, of Stafford. He had outstanding warrants for burglary while armed, conspiracy and extortion.
Around 5 p.m. on June 25, police responded to a residence in Knollwood Court for a report of shots fired. They found a young black male with multiple gunshot wound who was taken to a nearby hospital.
