Thalhimer's Signed Leases Report

Thalhimer's local commercial real estate agents signed five new leases this week.

Meadow Burke, LLC has leased 13,200 square feet of office/warehouse space in Longwood Business Center at 11001 Houser Dr. in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 

Insight Physicians, P.C. has expanded and extended its lease for a total of 3,123 square feet of office space leased at 1701 Fall Hill Ave. in Fredericksburg.  Sharon E. Schmidt and Jamie A. Scully handled the lease negotiations.  

FBI National Academy Associates, Inc. has leased 2,505 square feet of office space in The Suites of North Stafford at 422 Garrisonville Rd. in Stafford County. Wilson H. Greenlaw and Mary Katherine Greenlaw handled the lease negotiations.  

Hospice of Virginia, an American Hospice Company has leased 2,300 square feet of office space in Townsend Office Park at 1955 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Fredericksburg. Jamie A. Scully and Neil S. Sullivan, CCIM handled the lease negotiations.  

The UPS Store has renewed its lease of 1,267 square feet of retail space in the Centre at Culpeper II at 15151 Montanus Dr. in Culpeper.  Magnolia Martin and Berkley M. Mitchell handled the lease negotiations.
