Joe Bell, director of corporate communications for the mall owner Cafaro Cos., said Wiggle Worms will move after June 22 to space near Macy’s and the Spotsylvania Conference Center. Bell said the move is necessary because several new retailers are coming to the Spotsylvania Towne Centre and several merchants will be shifting locations in the process.
