• Henrico Schools unveils design for new Glen Allen elementary school (henricocitizen.com) — Henrico Schools has approved the design for a new $46 million elementary school planned for Glen Allen near Woodman Road and the River Mill neighborhood, opening by the 2029-30 school year. The project could trigger redistricting that affects several nearby elementary schools, aims for LEED Silver sustainability with rooftop solar, and is intended to relieve overcrowding in fast-growing parts of the county.
