Focus Music presents award-winning singer-songwriter Sam Robbins at The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Sterling (22135 Davis Drive) this coming Saturday May 9th at 7:00 pm.
Sam Robbins is often described as an "old soul singer-songwriter." Sam tours nationally, working out of the New England area and his music evokes classic singer-songwriters such as James Taylor and Jackson Browne. Sam adds a modern upbeat edge to the storyteller troubadour persona. An avid performer, Sam has shared the stage with Jason Marz and David Wilcox among others, and he has been a Main Stage performer at the Kerrville, Falcon Ridge, and Philadelphia Folk Festivals. Sam Robbins has gained a reputation as one of the brightest rising stars in the national folk music community.
