Forgiveness is far more complicated than a simple spiritual decision. Drawing on theology, psychology, and physical well-being, this Taproom Theology conversation explores the grace we receive and the forgiveness we extend, while making room for the anger, grief, regret, and unresolved hurt that shape our lives and relationships.

Together, we’ll wrestle with the tensions between grace and accountability, forgiveness and boundaries, and healing and reconciliation. We’ll consider why forgiveness doesn’t mean excusing harm, forgetting what happened, or returning to unsafe relationships, and how God’s love meets us not just when we forgive, but throughout the messy, imperfect process of getting there.

Join Taproom Theology for an insightful evening featuring Sage Bolte, PhD, a renowned educator and mental health therapist. Explore the complex themes of grace and forgiveness within a relaxed atmosphere where beliefs are brewed and hope is on tap.
