In this first of 4 seminars taught by guest instructor Meyrav Bar-haim (Expert level instructor from Israel) we will be covering these topics:

*Dealing with different ranges of an advancing opponent, while on the ground

*Getting up from the ground in dangerous situations, attacking from the ground

*Dealing with dangerous grabs and attacks (punch/kick) while on the ground

*Dealing with multiple attackers - approaching from different directions

*Defending simultaneous grabs and unarmed attacks from multiple attackers
