Physical Collection Night will be held on Monday, August 1 from 5:30pm-7:00pm in the Gym Lobby at HHS (Door #6).
Coaches will be on hand that evening to collect physicals form for the 2011 Fall season.
Forms must be on file before an athlete will be allowed to participate in any part of try outs.

Students who do not turn in a form on 8/1 will need to submit one to the athletic training staff on 8/8 in the Gym lobby between 7:30-8:30 am. They will receive a pass to take to their coaches clearing them for participation.
