Winter is the time when nature turns inward to nurture what is necessary for new growth. Restorative yoga is a slow practice that allows you to turn your attention inward, to let go, and relax. Supported by blankets, you experience the physical benefits of the poses. In the deep relaxation you draw your senses within and find a place of calmness, joy and strength. All levels welcome.
