What looked like a chilly day turned into a beautiful, clear day for golf on Saturday, Nov. 19. Twenty-four teams turned out to play in the Herndon Centennial Golf Course's 10th annual Gobbler Scramble Tournament.

This is one of the golf course's most popular tournament formats according to Julie Whitehead, one of the pros at the course. Whitehead said, "Everyone participates and it involves stategy and team play. Not just the big hitters and best players play."

This year's winners were: Chris Dempsey, Chip Mullen, Jack Hesson, and Andrew hesson. They shot a 56.
