Here's Where To Find The Best Slice Of Pizza In Herndon

HERNDON, VA — National Pizza Week started on Sunday and Patch readers have already cast their votes for their favorite pizza locations in and around Herndon.

Patch asked its readers recently on social media and via Neighbor Posts which pizzeria was their go-to spot for a slice. Here are some of the responses we received.

Amy Manship said Paisano's on Elden Street was "the best," to which Baby Bubba replied: "Agreed ... Paisano's baby!"

Barton Bennett said Paisano's was his second choice — "pretty good for franchise chain" — but he recently discovered Rai's in Sterling, and considered the best New York-style pizza in the area by far.

Caroline Eby of voted for The Breezein downtown Herndon. "Eat it there, the crust is sooo crisp!" she said.

John Jennich sang the praises of Lucia's Italian Ristorante in nearby Fox Mill followed by Piero's Corner in Franklin Farm. "Both great for either eating in or carryout," he said.

Jodi Rose also praised Piero's Corner, calling it "Yummmmeeeeee."
