Herndon Spring Clean Up Week Coming in April

The Town of Herndon's annual spring clean up week wlil take place from April 22-26. 

Residents living in the Town of Herndon limits will have the opportunity to place large or bulky items at the curbside for pickup. 

Accepted items include:

• appliances with the doors removed
• furniture
• vehicle parts and plumbing fixtures under 50 pounds
• up to two tires per household
• up to one cubic yard of building materials, with lengths not to exceed 4 feet

Not included in the pickup is yard waste, auto parts weighing more than 50 pounds, large quantities of building materials and household hazardous waste.  

Items should be placed at the curbside by 7 a.m. on residents' trash day only, but no earlier than 24 hours prior to pickup.
