Men Accused Of Stealing From Cars In Herndon, Loudoun: Report

Police reportedly arrested an Ashburn man and a Herndon man in connection with a rash of larcenies.

Police have arrested two men in connection with a string of burglaries from vehicles in Herndon as well as Loudoun County, according to a report.

The Loudoun Times-Mirror reports that 22-year-old Craig Nipper-Duval of Herndon and 25-year-old Edward L. Campbell, Jr. of Ashburn were arrested after a joint investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and the Herndon Police Department.

Police say they entered unlocked vehicles and stole credit cards and other valuables, and they used the credit cards to purchase gift cards at local stores.

Campbell was arrested on Aug. 14 and faces 12 felony charges, and Nipper-Duval was arrested shortly after on 10 felony charges, according to the report.
