Learn The Latest About Pedestrian Access From Herndon To New Innovation Center Station
County will provide an update on pedestrian and bicycle access to the Innovation Center Station in Herndon during a Jan. 19 virtual meeting.

HERNDON, VA — Residents who live north of Metro's Innovation Center Station in Herndon will have a chance to learn about pedestrian and bicycle access to the station from their neighborhoods.
The Fairfax County Department of Transportation is hosting a virtual community meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 19.
The Innovation Station North Neighborhood Access Project will connect the station to the Farougi Court and Apgar Place neighborhoods with a 10-foot wide and approximately 2,000-foot long shared path. This should significantly reduce the time bicyclists and pedestrians will need to reach the station
