Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed in Broad Daylight

Fairfax County police are looking for two suspects in Monday's heist.

Fairfax County police are searching for two teenagers who robbed a pizza delivery driver on Monday afternoon in the Herndon area.

The first suspect is described by police as black, 17 to 18 years old, heavyset and wearing a gray shirt. The second suspect is described as black, 17 to 18 years old, skinny and wearing a black T-shirt and khaki-colored shorts.

The robbery occurred at about 1 p.m. Monday in the 2400 block of Angeline Drive, off Centreville Road south of the Dulles Toll Road.

The pizza delivery driver was approached by the two suspects, who claimed to be the customers of the delivery, police said. The suspects took the pizza and cash from the victim by force and fled on foot. The driver did not require medical attention.
