• Sheriff's Report 06-04-26 (rrecord.com) — Lancaster County deputies handled a busy week of calls, including a downed tree on Irvington Road and multiple domestic disturbances and traffic crashes across the county. Four people face charges ranging from grand larceny and credit card theft to assault and public intoxication. Deputies also managed routine traffic stops, alarms, animal control requests, and assisted local fire departments with recent fire calls. 
• Robert B. Bellows (rrecord.com) — Longtime Irvington native Robert “Bob” Bellows, remembered for his boyhood years in town and proud military service in Vietnam, has died at 78. After growing up in Irvington and graduating from Lancaster High, he built a life in Ocran, working in the menhaden industry and bridge construction before an active retirement of travel and family time. Loved ones will honor him at a July 4 celebration of life.
