Burglary at River Bend Way in Lake Ridge

Last Saturday, a burglary was reported in Lake Ridge in the 1700 block of River Bend Way.

According to a report released by Prince William County Police, a homeowner discovered that his rear patio door had been the chosen entryway for the burglar, who ended up stealing about $1,150 worth of electronics. Police arrived at the scene at about 7 p.m. and the burglary was said to have occurred earlier in the evening between 5 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. It is not stated whether anyone was home at the time of the incident, and no physical description of the suspect has been made available.
