Whether you’re starting fresh or returning after time away, this class will give you practical tools to improve your form, build confidence, and stay injury‑free.

THE GAME PLAN
We’ll ease in with an ice breaker and warm‑ups, explore the running cycle, and guide you through a movement self‑assessment. You’ll learn key strengthening and stretching exercises, how to navigate common injuries, and simple recovery strategies. We’ll finish with a cool‑down and plenty of time for questions.
