"It's like a big family" said Cathy. "We know their birthdays, the weddings in their family, their kids' graduations. It's gratifying to dress someone for a special occasion, like their daughter's wedding, a cruise, or an event in New York."

Even in New York, their customer received many compliments on wearing an original piece. "No one else had what she had on. It was truly unique," employee Nancy Nichols said.
