Anyone ages 10 years and older are invited to canoe or kayak on the Bull Run River and Reservoir. The group will meet at a central location, take a bus to the Mayhew site, then paddle down Bull Run through 3 miles of running water, then through 4 miles of flat water at the Reservoir. Lunch and equipment are included in the price of this trip. This trip has a difficulty rating of moderate to strenuous.
There is a $75 fee per boat for this 8 hour trip. The tentative return time is 5 p.m. but depends on human and water conditions. Participants must register by May 27.
