Fairfax County's Chronic Disease Self-Management Program free workshop series for individuals concerned or frustrated by living with an ongoing health condition in everyday life will be held Mondays, May 13-June 24, 2013 from 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Burke Centre Library, 5935 Freds Oak Road, Burke. Space is limited, and preregistration is required. Caregivers welcome!
