Northern Virginia Conservation Trust (NVCT) is partnering with the Virginia Department of Forestry to explore the state and tax federal incentives available to landowners who place conservation easements on their property. The keynote speaker will be Tim Lindstrom, the author of A Tax Guide to Conservation Easements, who will review the federal and state laws for conservation easements as well as strategies for landowners who may be considering their conservation options.
