Guest speaker June 11-Joe Jacobs is managing and acquiring projects in Prince William, Stafford and Culpepper Counties, Virginia.
Mr. Jacobs joined Elm Street Development in 2001 and has over 12 years experience in the design, construction and acquisition of real estate. Prior to joining Elm Street, Jacobs worked for a large REIT where he was responsible for the development and acquisition of commercial properties in six states. In this presentation Jacobs will discuss the current real estate markets for both the retail and residential markets and how these two segments of the market are tied, particularly in the Rt. 1 corridor.

The mission of the Neabsco Action Alliance (NAA) is to beautify and improve the appearance of the Neabsco District's neighborhoods and businesses. NAA will address issues regarding beautification, economic development, environmental concerns, land use, revitalization and transportation. We also address busines and residential issues.
While the Neabsco District is our primary focus, you need not be a resident of this district to attend. All PWC residents are welcome.
