
The Prince William Art Society will
meet on Wednesday June 19, 2013 at 7:30 pm at the Canterbury Woods
Community Center 12184 Chaucer Lane in Lake Ridge, VA. The art society welcomes past PWAS President Maria Briganti, active in the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. metropolitan area arts, to discuss and demonstrate the use of one of her favorite mediums - pastels. Maria, a current member of Manassas Art Guild, Art-Beat Gallery and P-Art-ners (a plain air art group), and previous member of
the Fairfax Art League, juried in and exhibited at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria. Her miniatures juried into galleries in Nevada, the Carolinas and Washington State. Her work can be viewed at: http://www.mariarts.net/
