in your Yoga. The class begins with breathing and gentle building of awareness within the body. Gradually build flexibility, strength and balance with poses that will bring health to the body. The class is complete with Yoga-nidra as a aromatherapy infused towel is applied to the forehead. A massage is applied to upper shoulders, neck, hands or feet with massage cream and pure essential oils. Leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
