Power Outage for More Than 2,500 in Dale City

Regional power supplier NOVEC reports that more than 2,500 people in the Dale Boulevard area were without power on Friday morning following a long night of pouring rain.

The outages were first reported at 5:21 a.m. NOVEC expects power to be restored around 8:21 a.m. Smaller outages were also reported.

Dominion Power company was reporting limited power outages for its Prince William customers, but 1,600 were without power in Stafford County.
