April Mae & The June Bugs are rising stars in the East Coast music scene. With a string of impressive recent performances, including the Philadelphia Folk Festival this past August, April Mae & The June Bugs will be motoring down from their home in New Jersey to raise the roof of the Amphora on November 18th. Their transport is as funky as their music - a former school bus looking like it just emerged from an explosion in a paint factory and converted to run on kitchen grease (vegetable oil)! April Mae & The June Bugs play Roots Americana music under the influence of jump blues, swing and boogie with a dab of Nawlins for extra spice.
