Architectural Review Board to Revisit Toyota Renovations
Following a denial last fall, Leesburg Toyota has altered their renovations, which will be discussed during tonight's ARB meeting.

The Board of Architectural Review (BAR) will revisit a revised proposal Monday night regarding possible renovations for Leesburg Toyota.
According to Director of Planning & Zoning Susan Berry-Hill, the BAR approved Toyota’s plans to renovate an existing building, formerly occupied by the Honda dealership, last fall.
Unfortunately, the Toyota corporate headquarters ultimately wanted something different than what was approved, she said in an email on Monday. Toyota resubmitted plans, which did not meet the H-2 Corridor Design Guidelines, and the changes were denied.

On March 27, Toyota appealed the BAR’s denial to the Town Council. Following revisions, council members sent it back to the BAR for their recommendation.
The BAR will discuss the changes during tonight's meeting. If approved, the Town Council will discuss the appeal during their public hearing, scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
