REMINDER *** CANCER FUNDRAISER/PLACE TO BE TONIGHT
HOMETOWN KICKOFF: April 9, 5 PM Monk's BBQ
Tracy Robinson of Rain Salon and 2016 Best of Loudoun Hairstylist of the Year, has been nominated as a candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2016 Man & Woman of the Year campaign. As a candidate, her goal is to raise over $250k for LLS’s mission to cure blood cancers and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. She took on the challenge for very personal reasons.
Tracy's Story
On September 3, 2015 Tracy was diagnosed with cancer and endured major surgery followed by chemotherapy. Cancer threw her a curveball, and even took her hair. She fought and won. Now it's her turn & time to give back as explained in this moving video -- Click HERE to view.

Tracy has two local friends currently battling leukemia and lymphoma -- Iliana (age 7) and her mother, Gina, who were diagnosed with cancer just six weeks apart from each other. Their heartbreaking, real-life story is rallying the community and Tracy is leading the charge.
