DIG to open at One Loudoun Sept. 13

The new restaurant DIG is opening at One Loudoun Sept. 13 near Trader Joe's. The location formerly housed Zoe’s Kitchen.

The Ashburn location is DIG's first in Virginia. Based in New York, the restaurant chain has locations along the Eastern seaboard, including one in the District and one in Bethesda, Md. Their specialty is "healthy, fast-casual bowls, vegetables, and comfort food." Their website states they offer "seasonal, local vegetables and sustainably-sourced dishes that are delicious, nourishing and cooked from scratch every day by a team of chefs."

They will be open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a "fast, casual" approach where you can order a meal to go for pickup or delivery.
