People from nations all over the world are moving right into our neighborhoods. They are coming from countries that are struggling with collapsed economy, widespread corruption, ethnic/religious persecution, and civil war. Many are coming with hopes for a brighter future for themselves and their children.

HOPE ILC was launched in the fall of 2013 to share the compassion and love of God through ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes. We began with a handful of volunteers from local churches in the Leesburg area, offering 4 different levels of English classes to 25 students. Today we have 50 students from over 20 countries. We have added US Citizenship and GED (high school diploma equivalent) classes to further meet the needs of our immigrant community.
