The Board of Architectural Review consists of seven members appointed by the Town Council, and reviews building applications to ensure that they are consistent with the town's Historic District guidelines. The board reviews about 150 applications every year and meets the third Monday of every month, and schedules a tentative worksession on the first Monday at 7 p.m. in the council chamber on the second floor of Town Hall.
