Fitness physicals are 90 minute long comprehensive physicals that establish baselines of cardio, body mass index, strength, flexibility and posture. This allows PT to establish a custom exercise program for gym or home use depending on preference. Those already in good health will want to make programs as efficient as possible and others are motivated by weight loss to control diabetes or Hypertension. We have found in our practice most people are inspired to become more fit but do not know where to begin and how to reach attainable goals of weight loss and general fitness. Clients can be of any age from 18 to 90 and any fitness level.
