The annual Leesburg Kiwanis Halloween Parade will kick off from Ida Lee Park and will travel south on King Street to the Virginia Village Shopping Center at Fairfax Street. Road closures in downtown Leesburg will be in effect at 5:30pm. All parade spectators and participants are encouraged to bring a nonperishable donation for the Loudoun Interfaith Relief Food Bank.
