FOX 5's Zip Trip Is Coming to Leesburg on Friday

Join “Good Day DC” co-anchors Allison Seymour and Steve Chenevey, and meteorologist Tucker Barnes as they broadcast live from the Marshall House in Leesburg.

Tucker will be reporting live from all over town, including at Mom’s Apple Pie Bakery at 7:15 a.m., the Business District at 7:35 a.m., Shoe’s Cup and Cork at 7:45 a.m., the Visitor’s Center at 8:05 a.m. and more throughout the morning.

Allison and Steve will be joined by Mayor Kristen Umstatdd at 8:30 a.m., Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts who will help deliver the weather and the “5 Must Stops” in Leesburg.

At 10:30 a.m., the cast will get a “Taste of Leesburg,” sampling local foods and drinks from places like Tamara Winery.

Throughout the morning, there will be various activities for viewers including a Mazda Contest, a performance by Ernie Bradley and the Grassy Ridge Band, and an art lesson with Bruce and Mary Ciske from the Lucketts Fair.
