Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation and Middleburg Community Center Offering Education Session
"Food for Better Thought" on September 21

Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation and the Middleburg Community Center are partnering to bring the community an interactive discussion with Inova experts on how the food you eat can impact your family’s physical and mental health. The event is Wednesday, September 21 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the Middleburg Community Center, 300 West Washington Street, Middleburg. There will be a panel discussion and Q&A session.
Guest speakers will be Wendy Johnson, MS, RD, Registered Dietitian & Exercise Physiologist, Inova Loudoun Hospital; Pamela DuRousseau, MPH, RDN, Clinical Nutrition Manager, Inova Loudoun Hospital; and Grace Keenan, MD, Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative & Holistic Medicine, Inova Medical Group.
The evening is co-hosted by David B. Quanbeck, Middleburg Community Center Board Member and Middleburg Community Charter School Board Member and Cricket Bedford, Board Member, Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation.

This is the third session of a quarterly Community Health Event series the Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation and the Middleburg Community Center host on various health topics.
