On Sunday, the dedicated staff of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of Inova Loudoun Hospital celebrated the eighth annual NICU reunion with over 320 patients, families and guests attending, including 99 NICU graduates.
Former NICU patients and their families get together annually to spend time with current nursing and medical staff members and other families celebrating growth.
There was entertainment for the kids with music by Mr. Skip, a magician, face painting, pumpkin decorating, bubbles and a balloon artist. Many of the kids were dressed in costume and paraded through The Birthing Inn led by Loudoun Hounds’ mascot, Fetch.
